Is it really free to launch merch?

Yes. No upfront cost, no monthly fee. NIL Merch even pays you flat royalties on every sale.

What if I don’t sell anything?

No penalties, no charges. If nothing sells, you owe nothing.

How much do I make per sale?

$10 for a jersey, $5 for a shirt or any other item. Flat rate, every sale, no math.

How do I get paid?

Payments go to the payment method on file — the one you submit when you fill out your customization form at signup.

When do I get paid?

Monthly, by the 12th of the following month.

Is the deal exclusive?

No. It’s non-exclusive — we won’t interfere with any other deals you have going.

Do you own my NIL?

No. You give us permission to use your NIL on the merch itself and on the social post that markets it. That’s it.

How long is the deal?

Until you cancel. Just DM, email, or text us and we’ll pull everything down within 5 days.

Why do I have to follow Clutch on Instagram?

Because we DM you the design drafts. If you don’t follow us, we can’t send them.

How many revisions do I get?

Up to two rounds after your initial draft. Enough to get it right without dragging launch out.

Can I use my school’s name or logo?

We don’t use school marks, logos, or names. Everything is fully custom and personalized to avoid breaking any NIL rules.
